In this recording of a live online talk, Paul Dowson from Bath Spa University and author of Personal and Professional Development for Business Students (2015, Sage Publications), provides a window on professional development in the 21st Century, through highlighting the growing and future significance of what we might call contextual intelligence. The lecture has three parts: (i) theorising the contemporary world (ii) developing dialogic leadership and leaders (iii) living and working with conceptual puzzlement and other characteristics of the new age.
