E-Tickets
If you purchase tickets for a talk through our website, your tickets will be sent to you immediately via email. Please follow the instructions within the email to join the event either online, or at Queen Square.
Contacting you prior to the event
We use Promoter/The Events Calendar, an online tool, to send all ticket-holders event reminders via email in the lead up to the talk. Sometimes we also send post-event surveys to attendees. You can read their Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions here.
Refunds
Tickets will not be refunded unless an event is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the talk has taken place.
Joining the online talk
A ‘Join Online Event’ button will display on the event page 15 minutes before the scheduled event start time. If you have bought a ticket to attend this event online, you must log in to the site to join the live stream. The ‘Join Online Event’ button will only display if you have bought a ticket and are logged into the site. Please log in using the same account details (email and password) that you used to purchase your ticket.

Can’t find the email with your tickets?
You can access your tickets by logging into the site via the login button (top right), then clicking on ‘Your Account and Tickets’ then selecting ‘My Orders and Tickets’

TICKET PRICES
Non Members
Non Member ticket prices for talks held online or at Queen Square are as follows: £5 for normal talks and £7 for premium events.
Members
Members are entitled to reduced entry to talks held online or at Queen Square: £2 instead of £5 for normal talks and £4 instead of £7 for premium events.
Digital Subscribers
Digital Subscribers are entitled to reduced entry to talks held online: £2 instead of £5 for normal talks and £4 instead of £7 for premium events. Digital Subscribers must pay the full price if attending physical talks at Queen Square.
Students
Students are entitled to reduced entry to talks: £2 instead of £5 for normal talks and £4 instead of £7 for premium events.
MEMBERSHIP
