BRLSI, in conjunction with Unlock Democracy (formerly Charter 88), is holding a General Election Hustings Meeting for candidates in the Bath Constituency on Saturday May 1st at 2.30pm. The meeting will be chaired by Sam Holliday, Editor of the Bath Chronicle.
The candidates so far confirmed as attending are: Harriet Ajderian (Labour), Don Foster (Liberal Democrat), Eric Lucas (Green Party), Fabian Richter (Conservative) and Ernie Warrender (UKIP). Also standing are Robert Craig (All The South Party), Sean Geddis (Independent), Steve Hewett (Christian Party) and A N On (Independent). Nominations for the election have now closed.
Each candidate will make a short speech and take questions. Doors open at 2.00pm, and teas will be served at 4.15pm. Everyone is welcome – entrance costs £2, or £1 for BRLSI/Unlock Democracy members and students.
