Other Information

Presumably bird-sown from a garden. Although it produces deadly poisonous berries, its seeds are commercially available, unlike Atropa belladonna (Deadly Nightshade) which is destroyed whenever it is discovered. Perhaps it is because the latter is a perennial but the former is annual and rarely gets established, although with current weather patterns that may soon change.
