Beyond Profit: thirty years of operating a green business

What do we mean by a green business, a sustainable business or a Net Zero business?

This talk will examine the unique characteristics of a green business, drawing on the example of The Green Stationery Company, which the speaker has been operating for over thirty years. The talk will cover qualitative rather quantitative environmental goals, a low turnover high margin business plan, shorter working hours and higher salaries, marketing with minimal advertising and zero selling, and “small is beautiful” principles.
