The Art of Portraiture – concert of readings & presentations

A concert of readings and presentations inspired by the February morning workshop, The Story Behind the Face.

With the help of Ann Cullis from The Museum of Bath at Work and Ingrid Johannesson from the Somerset Guild of Craftsmen, our February workshop explored a wide range of possibilities for creating compelling portraits and suggested many experiments for workshop members to try at home.

This afternoon concert will showcase the results and will also host launch readings by Bath poets Frances-Anne King and Linda Saunders from their latest works. Friends who missed the February morning workshop will be very welcome to join our afternoon audience.
