Business models are at the heart of how organisations create value – for customers, owners, and society. Yet traditional business models often remain limited in their ability to generate ecological and social value. Sustainable business model design expands these possibilities by drawing on proven patterns for moving beyond business as usual.

This talk takes a design-driven perspective on sustainable value creation. At its core is a collection of 50 proven patterns that help organisations rethink and redesign how they create, deliver, and capture value – and develop better business models for a more sustainable future.
