BRLSI Quick Hacks: Five Fixing Hacks in 45 minutes

Not every fix needs a needle and an hour (or three). This session is a grab-bag of fast wins: how to revive a bobbly jumper; the surprise hack that’s (whisper it) better than a stitch in a hurry; how to sew on a button so it actually stays put; and – if time allows – rescuing a dropped hem in minutes. You’ll leave with a handful of tricks you’ll reach for again and again.
(All materials provided. Bring anything that needs a quick rescue — a bobbly knit, a loose button, a dropped hem — and we’ll sort it on the spot.)

This 45 minute workshop is designed for enthusiastic beginners who are looking to build new skills. Children are welcome to take part but will need their own ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.
