BRLSI Members’ Christmas Town Hall

Join us for mince pies, mulled wine and a Christmas Members’ Town Hall on Monday 15 December!

This will be an opportunity to socialise with other members, to hear about our 2026 programme (including details of our next exhibition), to ask questions of our Directors, and to share your thoughts about BRLSI and its future ambitions.

The event will also incorporate a ‘mini’ Annual General Meeting (AGM). As our AGM last month was inquorate, we will use the first 10 minutes of the event to pass a series of formal and non-contentious votes. More information about our Annual General Meeting (including a recording of the meeting) and the votes that we need to pass will be sent in an email to all members shortly.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, we ask you to request a proxy vote via this link, so that the AGM votes can nonetheless be formally passed.

The easiest way to do this is to assign your proxy vote direct to John Gardner, the Company Secretary; the link above will take you to a simple tick option to agree to this. Members attending the event should vote in person (one vote per member).
