BRLSI Annual General Meeting 2026

Members! Join us for a review of BRLSI’s 2025 to 2026 financial year and to hear news of our future projects.

The Annual General Meeting is a vital part of our governance process. It is where the Institution reports formally to its members on its finances and activities during the previous financial year, and where new Directors are formally elected to the Board (NB no elections this year).

The event begins at 7.30pm. We will meet at 16 Queen Square, and we ask that you arrive by 7.20pm to ensure that you are properly signed in. We will also broadcast the AGM via Zoom.

All current BRLSI members are welcome. Lapsed members are welcome to renew their membership on the evening. Alternatively, memberships can be renewed here

Hard copies will be available on the evening. If you would like a copy of the signed accounts please email james.hamilton@brlsi.org as we will only print what is necessary.

Members may suggest items for consideration under Any Other Business by writing to the Company Secretary, John Gardner, at the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution, 16-18 Queen Square, Bath BA1 2HN or emailing reception@brlsi.org by no later than Friday 16 October.
