October 4, 2021

The pandemic has impacted so many aspects of our lives, from schools and education, our economy and the high street, to the way we interact with each other and with elements of our city. How can we build on Bath’s potential to manage these profound changes?

On October 4th 2021 the Bath Royal was delighted to host a public meeting chaired by Bath MP Wera Hobhouse and three community leaders examining some of the challenges we face and how we can ensure that Bath flourishes in a genuinely inclusive way. This is a recording of that event.

The panellists were: Geoff Rich, Conservation Architect, Managing Partner of Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios in Bath; Curator Lead, TEDxBath Professor Sue Rigby, Vice-Chancellor, Bath Spa University Councillor Richard Samuel, Deputy Leader B&NES Council – Economic Development and Resources Wera opened the event and then invited each panellist to make a short presentation. These were followed by questions and comments.
