The Music group was started in 2019 with the remit of creating events on all aspects of music beyond ‘classical music’. Thus it is intended to cover jazz, folk, pop/rock, and other genres as opportunity provides.

We have had a number of events in the last year, including talks on Bob Dylan, English Dance Tunes, Prog Rock, The Joy of Choro (a form of music from Brazil) and English Carols. Please keep an eye on our What’s On / Upcoming Lectures page to book your tickets!
