The Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie spent nearly four years living at Fairfield House in Bath in the 1930s.
Keith Bowers will reveal a wealth of new detail about the Emperor's turbulent experiences in the city and how he was regarded by the local population.
Keith lives in Bath and has spent a lot of time in Ethiopia. He has recently published a book called Imperial Exile about the Emperor's refugee years in the UK.
