Graham Greene’s long life encompassed many things, with writing at its centre almost to the end. Since his death he has continued to attract readers and admirers. Dr Savvas will survey key aspects of his work, linking the famous early novels, which made Greene’s huge reputation, with later works such as The Honorary Consul (1973), emphasizing the emotional and international flavour of Greene’s output.19:30
