When Kings Become Criminals

Prosecutions of sitting heads of state have proven highly problematic and rest on the claim that there are crimes of such magnitude that perpetrators should be prosecuted, regardless of their status. Dr Cacciatoriwill outline how attempts to prosecute sitting heads of state has endangered civilians and cast a grim shadow over the idea of international justice.  We shouldn't just ask how to prosecute sitting heads of state, but if we should.
