**LIVE** Discussion in German of 'Schöner als Überall' by Kristin Höller

19 June 2020

Schöner als überall” (2019) is the first novel of Kristin Höller, (born in 1996).  A Spiegel review compares it with “The Catcher in the Rye” as a novel of youthful alienation and the desire to escape from the complacent village life of the older generation.

Judy Spencer will provide a few questions and guide a discussion of the book.  Participants should ideally have read at least a couple of chapters and have a reasonable level of German, to follow or join in the discussion.

If you would like to join, please mail [email protected] who will send you the link.
