By Road: M4 Junction 18, 10 miles into city centre.

By Air: London Heathrow 100 miles, take local services to London Paddington then rail to Bath Spa. Bristol Airport (some international flights) 20 miles, use taxi direct or bus to Bristol then train.

Accommodation
Please note - we cannot be responsible for, or assist with, booking accommodation.

Bath is a tourist city with many hotels and guest houses, at prices ranging from reasonable to extremely expensive (and luxurious). Late September is out of peak season but Bath is a very popular destination and it’s always best to book ahead. Useful references include www.bigha.co.uk (independent guest houses) and www.visitbath.co.uk.

If you are looking at B&B accommodation, Crescent Gardens has several establishments and is just round the corner from BRLSI.

If you are on a tight budget the YMCA (central) and the YHA, about a mile from the centre (on bus route) have hostels in Bath: www.bathymca.co.uk and www.yha.org.uk/find-accommodation/south-west-england/hostels/Bath/index.aspx
