Conferences
On the first floor there are facilities for full audio-visual
presentations with seating for groups of up to a hundred people,
in a large room enjoying natural daylight as well as full blackout
capability. There are rooms interlinked to this main space for
other activities such as breakout sessions, reception areas or
catering.Arrangement of furniture within the rooms is flexible and we
can discuss your individual needs. Catering can be arranged.

ELWIN:
An elegant room with high ceilings and good natural daylight facing east overlooking Queen Square which will seat up to 100 people. Large Georgian windows (all with shutters) and four 18C. ceiling paintings. Adjustable spotlights that can be independently controlled. Ideal for film and presentations. Fixed large drawdown screen at one end. Loop for the hard of hearing. Access via two staircases and a dda compliant lift. Interconnects with the Duncan, Lonsdale and Murch rooms for larger conferences needing break-out rooms and/or a room for refreshments.
DUNCAN:
A well proportioned meeting room with good natural daylight facing west at the rear of the building. Blinds to all windows. Ideal for presentations or boardroom style meetings. Fluroescent lighting. Loop for the hard of hearing. Access via two staircases and a dda compliant lift. Interconnects with the Elwin and Lonsdale rooms for meetings needing break-out rooms and/or a room for refreshments.

MURCH:
Small room with good natural daylight facing west at the rear of the building. Blind to window. Suitable for small informal gatherings. Direct Access to staircase. Fluorescent lighting. Interconnects with the Elwin Room for meetings requiring a room for refreshments or break-out room.
JENYNS:
Large elegant room with direct access from the street in Queen Square. Large Georgian windows (all with shutters) facing east on to the Square. Adjustable spotlights that can be independently controlled. Ideal for film and presentations. Loop for the hard of hearing.
