A DVD of the Aurora Borealis will be shown by Brian Robertson recently returned from a holiday in Norway, Dr Roger Moses  will cover "10,000 years of Indian Astronomy and Space Research" in a 20-minute talk, Dr Steve Kimmins will present his photographs and analysis of  the still visible "Comet Holmes" and Richard Phillips will explain how anyone can find the distance of the Moon using an ordinary digital camera, a tape-measure, a stopwatch, a piece of string and an orange.
