Conscious Robots offers a resolution to a free will debate. By examining our personal experiences of making decisions we can see how it is possible for a human mind to be absolutely convinced that it is making free choices, when in reality it is nothing more than an evolutionary computer carrying out pre-programmed instructions. Once we have seen through the free will delusion and understood the mechanism by which our conscious choices are controlled we can see how we humans might one day do what we want to do rather than what our genes want us to do.
